Hi, but I don't think I received it and actually ended up paying taxes for 2021. Could the $8400 credit possibly offset what I owed by that amount? For example, I paid $400 in taxes for 2021 could it mean I actually owed $8800 but the $8400 offset by that amount? That would be strange as I usually never pay and always receive a refund. The only reason I believe I had to pay was because I took out an early distribution from my work 401K. Also, my line 30 was blank if that has any bearing. Would the transcripts show anything?
