If you are legally married and living together, you can file as Married Filing Separately.
If you are legally married but have not lived with your spouse at any time during the last six months of year and you have a child as your dependent and have provided over one-half of the cost to maintain the home, you could file as Head of Household.
If you are legally separated from your spouse according to the laws of your state you could file as Single.
