If Social Security disability is your ONLY income you do not have to file a tax return at all unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. If tax has been withheld from your SS, then you can file a tax return to seek a refund this time. You will receive a SSA1099 in January that can be entered on your tax return.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
And....if SS is your ONLY income you can stop having tax withheld from the benefits.
