@SDSoCal When you post anything to an existing thread in this forum, your post will appear directly below whatever post was already there. You have some posts scattered throughout several threads, so it is confusing and we do not really know what your current issue is. E-filing is permanently closed for any past year returns--including 2023--so if you are trying to file a past year return now it has to be filed by mail. The return must be printed, signed and dated in ink, and must be mailed in an envelope--separate envelopes for federal and state to different addresses. Attach any W-2's or 1099's that show tax withheld. It is too early to e-file 2024.
