TurboTax only supports tax years 2024 thru 2021.
You will need to purchase and download one of the TurboTax desktop editions for the tax year required, Window or Mac, from this website (2021 thru 2023) - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A prior year (2021 thru 2023) tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
