Federal stimulus checks were only issued for tax years 2020 and 2021; there were no federal stimulus checks for tax year 2022 or for 2023. If you did not receive the 2020 stimulus check(s)--sorry--it is too late for the 2020 stimulus money now. IF you could not be claimed as anyone else's dependent you may still be able to file or amend a 2021 tax return to use the recovery rebate credit for the $1400 2021 stimulus amount. Your use of the word "student" makes me wonder if you were a student who could be claimed as someone else's dependent. If someone could claim you as a dependent, you are not eligible for stimulus money.
