No. A spouse cannot ever be claimed as a dependent. You have the choice of filing married filing jointly (with his agreement) or filing married filing separately. And...you will not be able to use online TT for a 2023 return. Online software is closed permanently, so you will need to use the CD/download on a full PC or Mac, and your 2023 return has to be filed by mail.
