Here are some steps: 

If in TurboTax desktop, ensure the software is updated.

If in TurboTax online or desktop, go back to the area where you entered the NY extension payment. Make sure it matches the amount paid. Make sure there are no overrides or manual entries that might be on line 75 of the NY IT-201, and take a look at the whole NY return to make sure all entries make sense.

 

You can also try to make sure you clear cash and cookies in a google chrome browser in TurboTax online, then re-load TurboTax and try again.

 

You can also try to the forms view at the top right hand corner of TurboTax Desktop if you are using TurboTax online, but you would likely have to purchase TurboTax desktop then fill out a refund request form if you already paid for TurboTax online:
