Sorry--you are too late to use TurboTax for 2018 or for 2019. The software for those years is no longer available, nor would it be supported or updated even if you can find it on eBay, etc. And.....no refund will be issued by the IRS for those years. Refunds of tax years earlier than 2021 have now been forfeited. If you owe tax due, however, it is owed with late filing penalties and interest which will continue to add up.
