A 1099NEC should be for self employment income. You need to file it on Schedule C in your personal tax return. Even though there won’t be any income tax on it you need to pay self employment tax on a Net Profit of $400 or more.
You can enter Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Premium version. Or use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs.
