No sure which TurboTax program you are using, but on the 2023 desktop editions, in the Other Tax Situations section under Other Tax Forms, there is a line item for Miscellaneous tax forms -

Desktop

For the 2023 online editions the line item for Additional Taxes and Repayments is under Additional Tax Payments
