TurboTax does not charge a yearly fee.
Each tax year is a separate program that has to purchased each tax year.
Your post shows you are using the TurboTax online edition of Deluxe which has a current charge of $69. If you added a state tax return that is an additional charge of $64.
Why do you think that there is a yearly charge for TurboTax?
