Have you talked to your "expert?" If you need help from someone here in the user forum, we need more information -- we cannot understand from your sparse details what happened. What tax year are you trying to file? When you say "I did them again" --- what exactly do you mean? Do you mean you used the same account or that you used a different account? You mention March 2023-----so are you talking about a 2022 return that you prepared in 2023? If so, how did you re-do a 2022 tax return? The current online program can only be used for a 2023 return. Online cannot be used for a 2022 return.
