No, those are not the same at all. Only a 1095A shows information for health insurance from the marketplace---aka "Obamacare" or Affordable Care" from healthcare.gov.
You do not enter a 1095C at all on a tax return. If you have a 1095C you say NO to the question that asked about a 1095A.
