@CatinaT1 , I went ahead and filed an e-extension for my Federal with associated payment.
When/If this software situation gets fixed after April 15, do I still have the option to e-file both Federal and States up until October 15? I will assume my e-file payments already made will apply.
I am really trying to avoid having to print and mail my returns if at all possible especially since the state returns (2) have refunds.
Also, how does one get notified of the fix? A link provided in another post gives a 404 error.
