Some tax documents can be "uploaded" but some have to be entered manually by the user--by hand.
We do not know anything about you so we can only give some general ideas. Do you have any W-2's? Any 1099's----there are over a dozen kinds of 1099's -- some 1099's can be imported and some have to be keyed in by hand. How about any Social Security -- do you have a SSA1099? Do you have a 1098 from a mortgage lender? A 1095A from marketplace health insurance?
