Had same problem... posted basically the same question last year and got this response...
"In order to pull in the second account, it is best to clear your cache and delete the cookies after you import the first one. Then you should be able to import the second account."
I got out of the turbotax app and shut down my lap top. After restarting it and going back in the app, I was able to pull the second account.
