If your talking about a message from a tax expert:
Log into your account,
- In the top right corner click the red box that says Expert Help.
- Click on the Expert Advice button,
- In the window that appears, look for "my contact history".
- Click on it,
- In the message(s) that appear.
- Select each one you need to read.
