Did you already e-file without entering your spouse's income?   If you filed already without entering it, you will have to wait until the return is rejected or accepted.  If it is rejected, you can go back in to it and add your spouse's income.  If it was accepted you will have to wait for it to be fully processed and then amend to add her W-2.

 

When you file a joint return, every income screen will have spots with each spouse's names.  After you added your own W-2, you should have clicked Add W-2, and it would have taken you to a screen where you could choose to add a W-2 under your own name again or under your wife's name.
