A refund of that size difference, usually indicates that something was missed in your entries at one Software system, or the other. No way to tell unless you compare each set of tax forms side-by-side.
Certainly, if you had some personal service at H&RB, the agent fully understands what needs to be entered...while if you entered all the data yourself in both systems...you probably missed something in One...or the Other.
