If you did not receive a Schedule K-1 from a Partnership or from a S Corporation then you only need to delete the Schedule K-1 in your forms list.
Click on Forms. When in Forms mode locate the Schedule K-1 in the list on the left side of the screen. Click on the Schedule K-1 to open. Then at the bottom of the page click on Delete Form.
