Did you enter your 1095-A as suggested by DawnC? If not, you will need to enter the 1095-A in order to see if you qualify for the Premium Tax Credit. This is the only rebate(credit) that would be available for insurance through the Marketplace on your federal return.
The ACA/1095-A questions are now found in the deductions and credits section under medical.

Walk through the steps to enter your 1095-A information
After you enter your 1095-A, TurboTax will let you know if you are eligible for the Premium Tax Credit.
You may qualify for some sort of premium tax credit if your income is less than 400% of the poverty level. If you income is greater than 400% of poverty level, you are not eligible for the Premium Tax Credit.
