You may need to check for form errors in your return using Forms Mode.
- Click on the Forms icon in the TurboTax header.
- Look for red exclamation marks beside forms listed in the left column.
- Click on one to open it in the large window.
- Click on the Errors icon above the forms list to open a box under the open form to see what needs to be done to fix the error. Any forms that aren't ready will have a message in this box.
You can check the Forms Availability Table for other forms you need in order to e-file. Also check for program updates under Online in the black TurboTax menu. When all the forms are cleared, you should be able to e-file your return.
