TurboTax does not have any "brick and mortar" locations for you to visit. Anything you do with TurbotTax will be done by using software---either the "do-it-yourself" software or the "Live" software that includes help with a tax expert. But that expert could be anywhere--not necessarily in your state.
If you just want a local tax preparer that you can go to in person, that is up to you---you will have to google or search for one yourself. TT does not refer to paid preparers.
