What are you trying to do? Do you mean you paid someone to babysit in your home while you worked? If so, and you paid the babysitter over $2600 in 2023, you had a "household employee" and are supposed to issue a W-2 to them. That you think they only watched tv is irrelevant. They were there taking care of your child.
And....in order for you to get the childcare credit on your tax return, you will need the babysitter's SSN or Tax ID.

If the babysitter cared for your child in her own home, then she has self-employment income and reports it all on her own tax return and pays self-employment tax. But you still need the SSN or Tax ID.
