Yes, the Free online edition supports entry of a Form 1099-R. However, if you withdrawal has an exception, such as being an early withdrawal, there will be a 10% early withdrawal penalty and a Form 5329 will be included in the return. The Free edition does not support a Form 5329 so you would need to upgrade to the Deluxe online edition.
