Yes. EVERY 2023 W-2 goes on your 2023 tax return. Every one of those W-2's is being sent to the IRS by the employers----and your SSN is on them. The IRS matches up the income you enter on your tax return with the income reported to them by your employers.
And.....enter them all on the same tax return. They all go together on the same Form 1040.
