You can change the email notifications that you receive from TurboTax by following these steps:
- While in TurboTax,
- Open your Intuit Account listed on the lower left side of your screen,
- Select Data & Privacy,
- Scroll up until you see TurboTax,
- Select View,
- On this screen you can turn off all notifications from TurboTax.
In addition, you can unsubscribe directly from the email you received. In the email you received from TurboTax, if you scroll to the bottom there is a blue link that will say "unsubscribe". When you select that it should take you to a screen where you can unsubscribe from all TurboTax emails.
