Microsof 365 is immaterial to the issue:

BUT...Double check:

 

1) Go to your Windows "Settings" screen

2) Click on "System"

3) Then scroll down to "About"

4) Look at the Windows Specifications.....See what edition you are using...if it says "S Mode"

5) If it indicates "S Mode" then you'll have to get out of that...but it's one way, you can't get back.
