You cannot use your last pay stub on the tax return since it will not match the copy of the W-2 that was sent to the IRS by your employer.
Your employer has until January 31, 2024 to provide you with the 2023 W-2.
The IRS will not start accepting any type of tax return until mid to late January 2024.
