Also, there are two applicable conditions in the Terms. Specifically, Turbotax is only supported for 3 years. Support for TT2019 ran out October 15, 2022. Second, Turbotax may at any time discontinue support if a required third-party software (i.e. the operating system) is no longer supported. In other words, Intuit is not required to re-code Turbotax 2019 because Apple updated their OS in 2023.
n. Discontinuation Policy and End of Software Support. TurboTax tax preparation and ItsDeductible donation valuation service for tax year 2022 are subject to discontinuation.
