If you have the 2022 TurboTax CD it can be used on the Windows PC if you have a CD drive on the PC. The CD has a Windows installation file along with a Mac installation file.
If you have the 2022 TurboTax Download then you will need to contact TurboTax support to request that they push a 2022 Windows Download to your TurboTax Download account.
