Yes, a few people have been able to download state forms, at least for other states (MO being one).
..BUT...they've found that they are either last year's state forms, or are using last year's state tax rates where the state has changed those rates for 2023.
Thus, any early downloads might be really screwy, or even totally fouled up and useless for state tax projections.
