Get your taxes done using TurboTax

What you are describing is that you have a TurboTax Advantage subscription where the software is sent to you each tax year and you are charged for the software in November.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance in getting this charge removed from your billing account. Use the key words Billing Issue
