@hclif08 You posted your question on October 22 -- past the October 16 deadline to use online TurboTax to start a new 2022 tax return. If you did not already start your tax return before October 16, you cannot use online TurboTax. You will need to purchase the CD/download to use on a full PC or Mac, and your tax return cannot be e-filed; it must be filed by mail.

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
