Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If you had insurance through the marketplace you do need the Form1095-A to correctly prepare and file your taxes.  You need to input the information from the 1095-A to generate Form 8962 to calculate the premium tax credit you are entitled to.

If you did not receive form 1095-A, you can download it from the marketplace by following this  process:

  1. Log in to your HealthCare.gov account.
  2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2022 application — not your 2023 application.
  3. Select “Tax Forms” from the menu on the left.
  4. Download all 1095-As shown on the screen.

If you live in a state that administers its own marketplace (ie NY) you can get the form from that state's marketplace following a similar process.
