Go through the Underpayment tax penalty section of the program to see if spreading the payments out throughout the tax year will reduce or eliminate the penalty using Form 2210.
Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen.
Click on Other Tax Situations
Under Additional Tax Payments
On Underpayment Penalties, click on the start button
