TurboTax will "retire" the 2019 software soon after the 10-16-2023 filing deadline for people who had extensions to file 2022 returns. Not sure how long the 2019 software will be "useable" or accurate past that date. And...if you did not have an extension to file 2019 (which you would have had to request by the April deadline in 2020) you will not receive a refund for 2019. A 2019 return can only be filed by mail; it cannot be e-filed.
