If you only made $1548 in 2022 then you have no taxable income and are not entitiled to any CTC of any kind so all you can get is $610 of the EIC plus any taxes that were withheld plus any other refundable credits if you had any. Only in 2021 were the rules extra generous where you did not have to have any income to get the full refundable ACTC.
