Yeah, a 2018 disc may not properly install to open your old 2018 files....because the CD is just a preliminary formset, and you can no longer get the main program 2018 updates and state program files needed to open your .tax2018 datafile. (never uninstall TurboTax program unless you are desperate for space)
ALWAYS...EVERY YEAR...create PDF files of what you have filed. Those PDF files can always be read & printed and do not need the software to open. Add back them up off-disk.

Certainly, the IRS addresses to mail to may have changed. The IRS has a current listing of where to file, based on whether you are going to include a payment or not.
Yes, if you have some reason for filing something this late.....mail certified..always...but I recently read soemwhere that they could take 7 months "or more" to process, so if you sent them after Nov 2022, they could still be working on them....but I would guess the "or more" part might be another 2or 3 months:
