The only way to find out the status of refunds or to request a tracking of refunds is to contact the issuing party.
If this is for a federal refund then you would call 1-800-829-1040.
I would suggest calling first thing in morning and there will still probably be a wait time.
If this is related to a state refund then you would need to contact your state revenue cabinet.
