To protect from phishing, I would recommend two-step authentication. Please see:

I would also advise changing your password, which can be done with the following steps:
- Sign in to your TurboTax account
- Select Intuit Account in the menu
- In the Manage your Account section, select Sign In & Security
- Select either User ID or Password to make changes
- Enter the new information
- Select Save after entering your new user ID or password
