Read the filing instructions that printed out with the pdf of your Hawaii return. TurboTax would not print out a copy of the W-2---TT cannot do that. TurboTax does not have a copy or image of your W-2. TurboTax only has the data that you entered from your W-2 when you prepared the tax return.
If your state wants a copy of the W-2 it was up to you to provide a copy. Your W-2 came from your employer, so you could include the copy from the employer that already says it is for the state, or you could have made a copy and included it with the mailed tax return.
Nevertheless, since it seems that your state wants a copy of the W-2, you need to comply with their request and send them a copy, per the instructions in the letter they sent to you.
