TurboTax does not have your 2010 W-2. It would only have the Wage and Tax Statement that includes the W-2 information. However, TurboTax only retains online tax returns for the past 7 years, the same retention period as the IRS.
IRS wage and income transcripts are only available for the current and past 9 years so a 2010 transcript will not be available.
If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
