SSI is never added to a tax return. You can enter a Social Security SSA1099, but if your only income is SSI and SS, you are not required to file a tax return.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
