Here's how to enter your 2021 Pennsylvania state refund so it's applied to your 2022 estimated tax:
- Type estimated tax payments in Search (magnifying glass) in the upper right corner
- Select Jump to estimated tax payments
- On the screen "Estimated and Other Income Taxes Paid" go to 2021 Refund Applied to 2022
- Select the 2021 refund applied to 2022 state taxes
- On "How much of your 2021 state refund did you apply to your 2022 state taxes? select Pennsylvania in the dropdown and enter the amount you applied
