If the Personal Info update did not solve this, please delete the current state return and add again, so it can pull fresh data from the federal return. Most of the information in the state comes directly from the federal.
If this is TurboTax Online
- Go to the States section and click on the trashcan icon
- Confirm Delete
- Select Add another state button
In TurboTax Desktop
- Return to the federal portion of the return and on the menu bar select File
- Then click on Remove State Return
- Select the Remove button
- Select Yes
- Then return to the State section and add the state return again
