Get your taxes done using TurboTax

The first thing I would do is clear cache and cookies and even change your browser. This way we know you are on a clean slate to move forward and things should be operating properly. Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
