Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Problem: Verifying your order says an email is missing from the "My Info" section, but there is no place to enter an email there.

SOLUTION 2 worked for me when solution 1 did not because my email address was already verified:
- Log into TurboTax.
- Select Intuit Account near the bottom of the left menu.
- On the Intuit Account site, select Sign in & Security.
- Change the email address to a different address (if you have more than one email address already, use a different one; you may need to create a new email account if you do not have a bazillion as I do.)
- Open the email notification that is sent to the new email you entered, and follow the instructions to confirm this address.
- Return to TurboTax and select File from the left menu.
- LATER, deal with the "Your username and email do not match" message you get on your Intuit Account screen.
