How do I find tax form 5329 in my PREVIOUS return?

Hi, while filing the 2022 taxes (jointly) for me and my wife, I saw the question

"Did you overfund your HSA in 2021?"

and the explaining instruction said to look into 2021 return for the form 5329, so I downloaded the 2021 refund but I'm not sure how to check if the form 5329 was there - it contains 212 pages, so I did a search there for the text containing 5329 and fount only these:

1. In Schedule 2 (form 1040):

"Additional tax on IRAs or other tax-favored accounts. Attach Form 5329 if required", the corresponding box #8 is empty

2. In "Deductible and Non-deductible Tranditional IRA Contributions"

the line #15 says "Excess traditional IRA contributions, to Form 5329, line 15" but the both columns - Taxpayer and Spouse are empty.

3. In Roth IRA Contributions After limitations, the line #30 says "Excess Roth IRA contributions, to Form(s) 5329

line 23" where both - Taxpayer and Spose are empty

These were the only mentions of the 5329, does it mean my 2021 didn't include the form 5329 and therefore I should answer NO to the question "Did you overfund your HSA in 2021?" ?
